Nicie has been employed in the insurance industry since 1984 serving in a range of management positions in underwriting, marketing, and claims. Her experience across the industry gives her a unique understanding of the insurance business and the needs of clients. She joined Crichton Brandon Jackson & Ward in 2002 as Claims Manager. Nicie and the claims department works on behalf of clients to ensure their claim is handled quickly and fairly by insurance carriers. Nicie is a graduate of Middle Tennessee University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Degree in Insurance/Finance.
