Mark serves the agency in a role that is critical to the success of clients in containing their total cost of risk. As Risk Control Manager, he leads the agency effort to work with clients to create and maintain safer and healthier work environments. This reduces the cost of risk and improves productivity in companies which positively impacts their operational and financial performance over the long-term. His department sets the agency apart from its competition in that most independent insurance agencies today cannot and do not offer such capabilities as part of the services they provide. By offering these services related to Human Resources, Drug Free Workplace, OSHA Compliance and Accident Prevention/Investigation at the agency level, The Crichton Group is able to leverage their knowledge and close relationship with clients to substantially improve outcomes. Mark has both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Occupational Safety Engineering from Murray State University.
