Kaye Ladd serves The Crichton Group in two important areas including Commercial Lines Manager and Information Technology Manager. In both areas of endeavor, she has attended professional schools and completed courses to assist her in the execution of her responsibilities. Kaye also leads marketing communication development projects within the agency including the development of advertising, brochures, websites and electronic communications. Her experience in the insurance industry began in 1980 and she has been in the employment of Crichton Brandon Jackson and Ward since 1989. Kaye maintains a current property and casualty license.
